Pamela Penrod - Billing & Coding Coordinator

Pamela L Penrod is a seasoned Medical Billing and Coding Coordinator with
over 20 years of experience helping doctors navigate the complexities of
insurance and patient billing. A proud graduate of Chemeketa Community
College, she earned her RHIT and has since dedicated her career to ensuring
that healthcare providers receive the compensation they deserve. Notably,
Pamela was honored with The Sparkle Award from the SBA, receiving $5,000
for her innovative small business idea, which led her to establish her own billing
service tailored for small independent practitioners. Outside of work, she loves
soaking up the sun—yes, even in the snow!—and enjoys hiking, fishing,
camping, and paddle boarding. With a passion for almost all types of music,
Pamela embraces life in the High Desert, where adventure awaits at every turn.
