Jeffrey Cardinale, MD, PhD

Dr. Cardinale obtained both his undergraduate degree and PhD from LSU (Geaux Tigers!!) before completing medical school at LSU in New Orleans. He remained in New Orleans for residency and a fellowship in cardiothoracic anesthesia at Ochsner Medical Center. After a few years, adventure called, and he swapped marsh for mountains, moving his family to the west coast in the summer of 2021. He worked for four years in Redding, CA before relocating to central Oregon. Since coming out west, Jeffrey, his wife Lauren, and their four children have enjoyed exploring the region. When he is not working, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking and traveling. He loves playing soccer all year long and he stays busy with his kids' extensive list of extracurricular activities! Gumbo and red beans are his favorite foods and Mardi Gras is his favorite time of the year (though he cannot understand why it's not yet recognized as a national holiday). As we say in New Orleans, "Everywhere else, it's just Tuesday!"
