James DeMeester, MD

Dr. James DeMeester completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan before graduating from medical school at Wayne State University. He then went on to complete a residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in cardiac anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was part of a large private practice group in Ann Arbor Michigan prior to joining Bend anesthesia. Dr DeMeester holds dual board Certifications with the American Board of anesthesiology and The national board of echocardiography. Other interests include kiteboarding and skiing. He is also fluent in Spanish and Mandarin.
